AUCTION RULES AND REGULATIONS:
In order to bid you must be registered. If you do not have an account with us, now is the time to set one up. Go to My Account and establish your account.
Once you are logged in you are eligible to bid on our monthly auctions. High bid takes the item(s) unless any reserve is not met.
IF YOU WIN THE AUCTION: You will receive an email stating you have won the auction. YOU MUST CLICK ON THE LINK PROVIDED IN THE EMAIL TO CLAIM YOUR WIN OR CHECKOUT THROUGH THE MY AUCTIONS LINK.
Shipping/Fees: Items must be paid in full before they can be shipped. Shipping charges will be added to your order prior to shipment.
We ship via USPS or FedEx and for orders outside the US, USPS or DHL (Our choice).
No free shipping and points can NOT be used for auction purchases.
Extra charges: While we do not charge a bidders fee, 4% will be added to your order to cover service charges.
Auction dates: Auctions are scheduled for the 20th. of each month through the 22nd. They begin at 8am Central Time and close* at 6PM Central Time. We reserve the right to cancel or delay auctions if not enough material is available during a particular month.
* Closing times for individual items have been staggered to allow bidders time to bid on multiple items.
SALES POLICY: All sales final so if you have any questions, please contact us before the sale. We try to describe the items as truthfully as possible; photos are of actual items.
NO REFUNDS ON AUCTION ITEMS. If in doubt, ask questions or please do not bid. All items are sold ‘as is’, ‘where is’.
